WHAT: In Leviticus, God instructs the nation of Israel to observe times of festivals and feasts. The unifying theme that acts as a thread tying these occasions together was the mighty acts of God on Israel’s behalf. In this 6 week Bible study we will study the importance and practice of the Biblical feasts and their place in God’s whole story; in particular, how they lead us to the Messiah.
WHY: To search the book of Leviticus for truth about who God is, how He was faithful to the Nation of Israel, and how He would ultimately provide a Messiah to rescue and redeem all people.
HOW: Homework: Personal study segments to complete between 7 weeks of group sessions. || Classroom time: Expect class lecture and group discussion followed by small group discussion
