Description: God set up a system of worship in the Old Testament that centered around a movable Tent of Meeting, known as the Tabernacle. This was God’s house in the midst of His people as they wandered in the wilderness and it would also be the blueprint for the Temple that would later be built in Jerusalem. It was here that mankind’s sin could be dealt with and individuals be reconciled to God. The Lord was very specific in His instructions to Moses for its design because each part of it was a detailed picture of Christ and all that He would accomplish on the cross. Join us as we explore God’s eternal plan for our salvation.
